“The zoom sessions are very successful and it is good to have a quick chat with others at the end.” – Frances Carnie, Currie
“I already knew Steph was a very special teacher and I am now really enjoying Steph’s Pilates classes at home via Zoom. Steph makes the most of technology to monitor each of us as we move through the exercises and stretches and takes care of each individual, helping us all to get the best out of her classes.” – Margaret F, Edinburgh
“Have now had a couple of 1:1 sessions with Steph on Zoom and they have gone exceptionally well. I had my reservations on how it would work but it was really good and without having to leave my house! Highly recommend.” – Fiona W, Edinburgh
“Steph’s classes are always excellent and I am thoroughly enjoying them on Zoom during lockdown. It really is the highlight of my week. Yesterdays class was particularly good as we utilised weights to increase the intensity.” – Jayne J, Balerno
